Turkish army attacks Dirbêsiyê with artillery fire

Clashes between soldiers of the invading Turkish army and YPG-YPJ fighters continue at the border of Rojava's Dirbêsiyê city.
Six cannon balls fired by the Turkish army hit the surroundings of the city, one hit the city center and four hit the Kerbetilî and Çetelê villages south of the city. Two cannon balls landed on the village of Eradê, 30 km west of Serêkaniyê.
Residents of the Çetelê village started to move towards safe areas in the face of the ongoing attacks.
Meanwhile, YPG-YPJ fighters have closed the Dirbêsiyê-Serêkaniyê road to traffic for the safety of civilians.
According to local sources, Turkish troops are launching the attacks from the village of Girê Çetelê in Mardin's Şenyurt district.
