Manbij Military Council Official Spokesperson Şervan Derwiş stated that Turkish warplanes are bombarding the villages of Qurt Wêran, Girheyok and Qawiqlî to the west of Manbij with phosphorus bombs.

Derwiş emphasized their concern that the civilians in these villages face the risk of a massacre in case the bombardment continues.
