Turkish troops at the Gendarmerie Commando Battalion in Görümlü town of Şırnak have conducted artillery attacks on Mount Cudi in Şırnak countryside last night and this morning.

The artillery attacks started a fire in the areas of Deriyê Cibrail and Sefine where hundreds of trees have burned to ashes.  The thick smoke rising from the area is visible from Silopi district center as well.
