As part of the Turkish military operation in the countryside of Şırnak’s Silopi district, Turkish troops at Hisar outpost carried out a bombardment targeting Mount Cudi Sunday evening.

Following the bombardment, fire erupted in the forested area known as Gire Çolya on Mount Cudi. The fire is growing every moment.

While the fire has not been intervened yet, the military operation in the region continues.
