A passenger minibus carrying 10 civilians was targeted by Turkish forces with gunfire from an armored vehicle as it headed from Lice to Amed.

All the bullets fired from the armored vehicle hit and damaged the minibus and luckily did not result in any loss of life, while a passenger by the name of Özgür Atagün was injured by the glass shards. The armored vehicle quickly left the scene soon after the attack.

Panicked and shocked by the armed attack, passengers who include women and children have called gendarmes and are waiting for their arrival at the scene.
