Turkish state forces have bombed the “Martyr İsmail and Martyr Ronahi Cemetery” area located in Kulan region in Varto district of Muş.

The area of the cemetery of guerrillas and hills overlooking the area have been shelled by Turkish helicopters since 3 a.m. last night.

Reports say that soldiers affiliated to the Turkish army have also blockaded the villages in the region and are denying access to the area. Heavy construction equipment have been sent from Varto town center to the scene of the bombardment.

While phone network has also been suspended in Varto, no detailed information can currently be obtained from the area under fire by Turkish forces.
