According to Turkish media reports, a Sikorsky helicopter of the Turkish army disappeared off the radar while flying over Şenoba town in Şırnak's Uludere district.
While Turkish forces have started search efforts for the helicopter, no official statement has been made yet as to how many people or soldiers were in the helicopter.
Some sources claim that 13 soldiers including Division Commander Aydoğan Aydın died in the crash.
