Turkish jets bomb a neighborhood in Nusaybin

YPS General Coordination reported that Turkish jets have bombed several positions in Nusaybin district of Mardin yesterday evening.

In a statement about the ongoing attacks and the resistance, YPS (Civil Defense Units) General Coordination remarked that state forces used every technical means in their attacks but the popular resistance facing it did also grow.

YPS General Coordination reported that Turkish military have now included fighter jets in its blatant aggression on the cities of Northern Kurdistan in an effort to break the resistance mounted by self-defense units.

Accordingly, Turkish jets bombed Alika neighborhood of Nusaybin for the first time since the beginning of the most recent onslaught. The aerial strike which was conducted in the evening of May 11 targeted 4 locations in the neighborhood.

YPS added that a total of 19 special operations members were killed as a result of actions conducted by their side in Nusaybin, Şırnak and Van.
