Turkish jets bomb Amadiya in South Kurdistan

The Turkish state continues its genocidal war against the Kurdish people in three parts of Kurdistan.

Turkish jets have shelled the areas of Geliyê Dêra and Bêşêlî, in Barwariya region in the countryside of Amadiya town in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).

While no information was immediately available whether there have been casualties, the bombardment has caused material damage on the agricultural land of the people living in the targeted region.

Airstrikes carried out by the Turkish army on May 30 had claimed the life of a father and son in the village of Hitni in Sheladize region.
