Turkish jets bomb South Kurdistan

The invading Turkish state continues its attacks against northern Iraq.

Warplanes of the Turkish army carried out yet another bombardment in southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq.

The aerial attack carried out Saturday evening targeted the surroundings of Chamanka town in Amadiya district of Duhok.

No information was immediately available regarding the results of the bombardment.

The Turkish army is bombing guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones and surrounding villages almost on a daily basis. The aerial bombardments particularly target civilian areas, having already left a number of civilians dead during recent years.
