Turkish jets bombed Medya Defense Zones
The Turkish state continues its attacks against southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq as part of its genocidal war against the Kurdish people and their lands.
The Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG) reported continued aerial attacks by the Turkish army against guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan, northern Iraq.
According to the statement by HPG Press Office, Turkish fighter jets shelled the areas of Gundê Filleha, Şikefta Birindara, Small Cilo anf Karker in Zap region at between 09:30 and 10:30 on March 5th.
HPG added that the attacks did not result in casualties or injuries in guerrilla ranks.
