Turkish army has started a large scale operation in Kavaklı (Marûnis) village, surrounding villages and foothills of Mount Kato near Hakkari province Tuesday evening. The operation is reported to be ongoing.

On the other hand, Turkish army has reportedly launched another operation in the villages of Cûda, Dilêzî, Derdû,Micîc, Mêvan,Cûne, Bêyeke, Uzunsırt and Tilura in Hakkari's Gever (Yüksekova) district. The extensive operation was started in the rural areas of the mentioned villages yesterday evening.
