Turkish police detained dozens of protestors after the rally for Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan in Diyarbakir.
After the “Isolation will löse; freedom will prevail” rally organized by Free Women’s Movement (TJA) and the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Women’s Assembly, thousands marched in the streets of Diyarbakir chanting slogans against isolation on Ocalan. Turkish police attacked the protestors and detained dozens.
Turkish special forces wearing face masks were also among the police units who attacked the protestors.
