HPG Press Office reported that Turkish army launched an extensive operation with the participation of 4 thousand soldiers in Martyr Rojhat area in between Lice and Hani districts of Amed on December 15.

During the same day, guerrillas hit a Turkish unit participating in the operation at 08:45 in the morning. During the following clashes that lasted around an hour, two soldiers were killed and 4 others were wounded.

At 12:30 the same day, guerrillas hit another unit of the Turkish troops, leaving 8 more soldiers wounded.

HPG added that two guerrillas were martyred during these clashes.
