Clashes broke out during an operation the Turkish army started in the Kocabey hamlet in the Kumlupinar village of Batman’s Kozluk district.

Two soldiers were wounded in the clashes and later lost their lives in the Kozluk Public Hospital where they were being treated.

The operation continues and helicopters are bombing the area.

Batman Governorate confirmed the death of two soldiers.

HPG hasn’t issued a statement on the matter yet.
