Kurdistan Region Independent Supreme Board of Elections Chairperson Hindrên Mihemed spoke about the election results and said, “Parties shouldn’t rush us to declare results.”
Kurdistan Region Independent Supreme Board of Elections Chairperson Hindrên Mihemed spoke at the press conference the board held in Hewler and said, “The counting of the votes has been completed. Party representatives have been given the results. But there are a large number of objections. We have received the objections, and the board is working on them. A total of 425 objections have reached the board.”
Hindrên Mihemed said the election results should not be rushed: “We request that the parties don’t rush us for election results. Let’s investigate and assess the objections.”
