This morning, Turkish police raided the 24 DBP municipalities to which the AKP government had appointed trustees. Cizre Co-Mayor Leyla İmret was detained during the raids, and DBP officials stated that they would resist the AKP’s seizure of the municipalities.

HAKKARİ
Police officers raided the municipal building in Hakkari this morning and hung a Turkish flag on the building during the raid. Deputy Co-Mayor Mikail Erdal and HDP District Co-President Asım Özcan were detained during the police raid.
BATMAN
After the appointment of deputy governor Şevket Ertuğ Aksoy as the appointed trustee to Batman Municipality, special operations police officers violently took lawyers and party administrators outside the municipal building. HDP and DBP’s provincial administrators called upon the people of Batman to defend their political will.
GERÇÜŞ
Police officers raided the building of Gercüş Municipality and only allow citizens to enter the building after searching them. Co-Mayors Zeynep Koyuncu and Abdulkerim Demir stated that they would not recognize the appointed trustee, and called upon the citizens to stand up for their political will.
BEŞİRİ
Police officers raided the municipal building this morning and do not allow anyone to enter the premises of the municipality. Co-Mayor Mustafa Öztürk emphasized that they would not recognize the appointed trustee.
İKİKÖPRÜ
Special operations police officers raided the building of İkiköprü Municipality and hung a Turkish flag on the building during the raid this morning. People of İkiköprü gathered in front of the municipal building, and Co-Mayor Hidayet Tiryaki stated that they would not recognize the appointed trustee.
CİZRE 
Police officers detained Co-Mayor Leyla İmret, DBP Party Assembly member Yunus Durdu and HDP Cizre District Co-President Ali Akdeniz during house raids this morning. The detainees are accused of ‘being members of an organization’ and were taken to the Police Headquarters. Police officers refused the request of the detainees’ families to send a lawyer to the Police Headquarters, and have blocked entrance to and exit from the district.

SİLOPİ 
Police officers raided the building of Silopi Municipality and besieged the building with armored vehicles.
NUSAYBİN
Police raided the building of Nusaybin Municipality and expelled all municipal personnel this morning. Officials informed the police that official documents regarding the appointed trustee have not yet been delivered to the municipality.
MAZIDAĞI
Riot police besieged Mazıdağı Municipality, to which district governor Halit Bener had been appointed as trustee.
DERIK 
Police officers raided the building of Derik Municipality this morning, and prevent municipal employees from entering the premises.
DARGEÇİT
Police raided and besieged the building of Dargeçit Municipality this morning.
SUR
Nearly 30 armored vehicles besieged Amed’s Sur Municipality this morning and prevent employees’ entrance to the building. An unidentified district governor has been appointed as trustee to Sur Municipality, and employees continue to wait in front of the municipal building.
SİLVAN

Special operations police officers raided the building of Silvan Municipality, to which district governor Murat Kütük had been appointed as trustee. Police jam cell phone and internet signal near the building, and search civilians attempting to enter the municipality.

ERUH 
Police officers raided Eruh Municipality this morning, and Eruh governor has been appointed as trustee to the municipality.
BULANIK
After besieging the municipal building with concrete blocs last night, police officers raided the municipality this morning. District governor Ömer Şahin has been appointed as trustee, and entrance to the municipality has been prohibited. People of Bulanık gathered in front of the HDP and DBP district offices, and police besieged the crowd with armored vehicles.
SURUÇ
Police officers raided the building of Suruç Municipality and violently forced municipal employees to leave the building. Several municipal employees and civilians were detained, and a janitor tried to set himself on fire on the roof of the municipality. Officers violently arrested the janitor and three other civilians, and continue to attack the people of Suruç that are standing up for their political will.
İPEKYOLU
Police officers besieged and raided the building of İpekyolu Municipality and prevent journalists from taking photos or recording videos. Deputy Co-Mayors and municipal workers are within the municipal building.
ERCİŞ
Police raided the building of Erciş municipality, and civilians gathered in front of the HDP and DBP district offices to protest the seizure of their municipality.

QELQELÎ
Police raided the building of Qelqeli Municipality this morning, and civilians gathered in front of the HDP and DBP district offices to protest the seizure of their municipality.

ERDEMİT
Police officers raided the building of Edremit Municipality, and all Co-Mayors and their deputies gathered in front of the DBP Headquarters to make a statement on the seizure of the municipalities in Van.
DİYADİN
Police broke the doors and windows of the building as they raided Diyadin Municipality, and DBP and HDP district offices called upon the people of Diyadin to gather in front of the municipality.
HINIS 
District governor Bülent Ay has been appointed as trustee to Hınıs Municipality, and there has not yet been a raid at the municipal building.
TUZLUCA 
Police officers raided the building of Tuzluca Municipality and expelled municipal workers from the building.

HOŞABER
Turkish soldiers besieged the building of Hoşhaber Municipality this morning.
