Women from the Arab community living in Shengal planted saplings to mark the birthday of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan in the village of Hesewikê.
A number of activities have been launched by Tevgera Azadiya Jinên Êzidi (TAJÊ) for the birthday of Kurdish people's leader Abullah Öcalan.
As part of these activities, women from the Arab community planted 80 saplings in the village of Hesewikê, in Shengal.
The women planting saplings demanded freedom for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and said that Öcalan's freedom is the freedom of all peoples.
