Shengal Resistance Units (YBŞ) Command published a written statement confirming the identities of the three commanders who fell as martyrs in an air attack targeting a vehicle near Serdeşt Camp at around 1.50pm on Sunday.

The YBŞ said that they would crown their memories with the struggle and victory of an autonomous and free Shengal.

Expressing its condolences to their families and the Kurdish people, the YBŞ Command said: "We offer our condolences to the entire people of Shengal, especially the families of our comrades Dindar Avesta, Piran Pir and Çiya Feqir. We promise that we will crown the memories of our martyrs with the struggle and victory of an autonomous and free Shengal."
