YJA Star guerrilla Gerîla Bêrîvan told ANF that no attack could alienate the Kurdish people from the Leader and the guerrillas, and emphasized that the people always protected their honor.

YJA Star guerrilla Bêrîvan said that the Imrali torture system has spread to the Kurdish people and turned into a planned genocide, and that all sorts of attacks are carried out to render them powerless. The guerrilla said: "We are going through a critical and historic process. The enemy is using chemical and tactical nuclear weapons because it cannot achieve results. It is trying to destroy society through political genocide attacks and special wars against the people."

Our people protect their honor

Guerrilla Bêrîvan underlined that the Kurdish people are aware of the reality of the enemy and have become politicized enough to know the basis of the attacks, and therefore resist against it, and continued: "The people have always been on the side of the guerrillas. That's why no atmosphere of fear can keep the people away from Rêber Apo [Abdullah Öcalan] and the guerrillas. Our people have always protected their honor.

Rêber Apo's situation is decisive in the focus of the guerrillas' struggle. Rêber Apo is always central for us. If the attacks against Rêber Apo are stopped, we know we can talk about the freedom of our people. Everyone is aware of this. Rêber Apo's physical freedom means the freedom of the Kurdish people. Success can be achieved when guerrillas and people's struggle are carried out together. The situation of our enemy on the battlefield is obvious. In the war it fought based on technology, it could not break the guerrilla resistance with all kinds of banned weapons. On the contrary, it achieved no success. The enemy, whose will has been broken, creates fear and attacks our people with special war policies and attempts to isolate the guerrillas."

Guerrilla Bêrîvan underlined that the essence of the guerrilla's struggle is to defend the people and said: "We do not accept any attack against the people, nor do we remain silent. Guerrillas are loyal to its people, its country and the Leader. The upright stance of our people is also honorable. We promise that we will take great revenge."
