YPG (People's Defense Units) Press Office said in a written statement that Turkish army and SNC-ISIS gangs continued their attacks on Efrîn, Sheikh Maqsoud, Shaddadi and Ayn İsa areas of Rojava-Northern Syria Federation.
According to the YPG statement, Turkish army attacked Hemam village in Efrîn's Cindires district with heavy weapons on September 8 evening.
On the same day, gang groups affiliated to the Syrian National Coalition attacked Efrîn's Maranez village with heavy weapons and mortars.
Gang groups attempted to launch another attack on YPG forces in Mesbeh region of Sheikh Maqsoud, to which YPG combatants retaliated, leaving many gang members dead during clashes.
On September 8 evening, ISIS gangs attacked the western side of Ayn îsa town with heavy weapons, and the Malha village of Shaddadi at 01:00 on September 9.
