YPG Media Center announced that the Turkish army and jihadist gangs carried out coordinated attacks on Rojava.

TURKISH ARMY ATTACKS

In its statement, YPG announced that the Turkish army attacked the villages of Ziyaret and Bobanê to the west and Yapsê to the east of Kobanê in the afternoon of May 24 with heavy weaponry.

YPG stated that ISIS gangs attacked the village and bridge of Qereqozax to the southeast of Kobanê from their positions in Jarablus between 12:00 and 12:30 on the same day. YPG forces carried out an operation against these ISIS gangs and hit several positions around 22:00 on the same day, and the number of dead and injured gangs have not yet been identified.

ATTACK ON TIŞRİN DAM

Lastly, YPG noted that ISIS carried out two attacks on Tişrîn dam, one from the east between 13:30 and 14:00 on May 24 and one from the north around 04:30 on May 25.
