  The HPG announced that guerrilla Têkoşer Botan has fallen a martyr. The Yazidi guerrilla from Shengal, who survived the ISIS genocide in 2014 and fell in May 2021 in Metîna during the resistance to the Turkish occupation.

  In the Karayazı district of Erzurum, Turkish police detained the groom at a wedding because he was wearing traditional Kurdish clothing.
• YJA Star guerrilla Aydın: The enemy won't break the will of the Kurdish people 

  YJA Star guerrilla Viyan Sema Aydın said: "The guerrilla is resisting these attacks with great determination. No matter what the enemy does, they cannot break the will of the Kurdish people and the guerrillas."
