  HPG Media Center announced that guerillas carried out an action with artillery against the Turkish army positions at the Martyr Cihat Hill of Çukurca, Hakkari.
• HPG statement on the operation in Şemdinli 

  HPG stated that guerillas carried out a sabotage action against the soldiers on an operation in Şemdinli on September 16, and an infiltration action against the soldiers in the Dola Apociya region of Şapatan on September 17.
• Villages handed over from ISIS to Turkish army and its affiliates 

  The villages of Kısacak, Karagöz, Tel Shehir, Tel Ar Doğu, Tel Ar Batı, Qentera and Tat Humus, from which ISIS had withdrawn over the past two days, were handed over to the Turkish army and the gang groups that are affiliated with Turkey.
