  People’s Defence Forces (HPG) reported in its daily statement that the bombardments of Turkish troops targeting Medya Defence Zones continue, as well as the retaliation actions of guerrilla forces.

  Forest fires caused by the Turkish army continue to expand. Soldiers prevent civilians’ attempt to extinguish the fires in Cudi and Gabar mountains that have expanded over to Şehrevan and Xarêkuna regions.
• HDP delegation in Zergelê: We will expose their lies 

  Kadri Yıldırım and Nazmi Gür, members of the HDP delegation currently inspecting Zergêle village where the Turkish state massacred local people, said that only civilians were living in the village and all of the slain people were civilians.
• People of Qandil urge Turkey to stop bombardments immediately 

  People of Qandil stated that massacring women, men, children and old people had no place in Islam, recalling that at least 40 civilians were killed in Kendakol in 2002 and eight innocent people were massacred in Zergêle recently.

  831 members of ISIS gangs were killed and among these 679 were seized dead, while 71 fighters of the Defense Units were martyred in clashes in Rojava during the month of July.

  A number of soldiers for the Turkish army have been dispatched to Yüksekova district of Hakkari in civilian passenger aircraft since 5 am this morning.
