Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Istanbul 1 May Platform held a press conference in front of Polen Sanayi Tekstil Dış Ticaret A.Ş.
The members of the platform said in the statement that condition in the textile sectors are very bad and called on workers to celebrate May Day.
Banners saying "we want to work, we don't want to die" and "Long Live May Day" were opened in front of the factory.
