11 arrested in operation against YDG-H in Amed
Out of 12 youths who were detained as part of an investigation against activists of the YDG-H (Movement of Patriotic Revolutionary Youth) in Amed, 11 have been remanded in custody.

The 12 youths who were detained in the scope of an investigation against YDG-H members on 8 May were referred to the Criminal Court of Peace on charges of “membership to an armed terrorist organization”. 11 among them were formally arrested and sent to Diyarbakır D Type Closed Prison, while the other one aged under 18 was released on condition of judicial control.
In the meantime, the chief prosecutor stated that works continued for the arrest of 11 others in the scope of the same investigation.
