The Iraqi Intelligence Service announced that 12 ISIS members have been arrested as a result of an operation in Nineveh governorate.

According to the Iraqi Intelligence Service statement on Sunday, the arrested mercenaries were engaged in actions against the civilian population and security forces.

A large number of weapons were also confiscated during the operation, the statement added.
