Turkish police conducted raids on a number of houses in Istanbul’s Sultangazi district Saturday morning. 9 people were taken into custody in the operation.

While the reason for the mass detention has not been disclosed, those detained have been taken to the anti-terror branch of Istanbul provincial security directorate.
