Kurdistan Women Students (JXK) carried out an action at the University of Bielefeld, demanding that the isolation and the freedom of isolation on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan be lifted.
The students put up a banner saying 'Truth is love, love is a free life. Freedom for Öcalan'. They also called on fellow students to express solidarity with Rojava.
During the action, many students asked information about Öcalan's latest situation. In a statement, JXK demanded that the CPT promptly take action and condemned the Turkish state for its refusal of talks with Öcalan.
