An information stand was opened in Copenhagen to demand an end to the absolute isolation against Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and to inform people about his situation.

Members of the Kurdistan Solidarity Platform opened the stand in Nytorv Square, and said: "Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan is our leader. On the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Lausanne, the Kurds and their friends must make their voices heard in the spirit of unity. We demand the release of our leader and of all political prisoners."

Platform members distributed Abdullah Öcalan's books.
