The election office of the HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) in Pendik district of Istanbul was attacked by unidentified assailants last night. The attack left the vehicles outside the office in Esenyalı neighborhood damaged.

On hearing about the attack, HDP executives gathered outside the office and had the police take the minutes down at the scene late at night.

In the meantime, two people who attacked the HDP election office in Milas district of Muğla the night before, have been arrested.

The two assailants who were identified with the help of security footage at the scene were caught at district center late yesterday evening. Taken to police headquarters, the assailants are expectedto be referred to the prosecution office tomorrow.
