Ramazan Zeybel, 43, was killed by a stray bullet hitting him in the chest while out shopping in Ceylanpınar, near the border with Syria where heavy clashes are going on. The man was killed by an Al-Qaida bullet shot from Serêkaniyê side of the border.
Zeybel’s death brought the total number of Ceylanpınar residents killed by stray bullets and mortars to four.
