Fighters of the YPG/YPJ (People's/Women's Defense Units) have liberated another hill as a result of an offensive against ISIS gangs east of Kobanê.

YPG/YPJ have launched an offensive against the Qertel hill 50 km east of Kobanê at 3 am today. The hill was entirely cleansed of ISIS gangs and liberated, while 7 members of the gangs were killed during the offensive which lasted two hours.

Defense Units also destroyed a vehicle of the gangs, leaving 5 gang members inside the vehicle dead.
