The third hearing in the case against HDP Urfa MP İbrahim Ayhan was held at Urfa 5th Heavy Penal Court. Ayhan, accused of "spreading propaganda for a terrorist organisation" through social media, did not attend the hearing where he was represented by his lawyers. The court issued an arrest warrant for Ayhan on the grounds that he was not found at the registered address and did not attend the hearing although he was summoned.

On the other hand, the second hearing in the case against HDP Urfa MP Dilek Öcalan, who was also accused of "spreading propaganda for a terrorist organisation" at a funeral she had attended, was held at Urfa 5th Heavy Penal Court. Öcalan did not attend the hearing, because of which an arrest warrant was issued for her for the same reasons cited for İbrahim Ayhan.
