Manbij Military Council fighters repelled attacks by Turkish occupation forces and gangs against west Manbij villages, killing 14 gang members.

Clashes broke out earlier today after the Turkish occupation forces and gangs attacked the villages of Tal Toureen, Qarah and Olashli, located 20 km west of Manbij with heavy weapons.

Attacks have been repelled by the MMC fighters following violent clashes, during which 14 members of the gangs were killed. A DShK-mounted vehicle belonging to gangs was destroyed in the fighting whilst a BMB-type panzer was hit.
