Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) parliamentary group deputy chairs Pervin Buldan and İdris Baluken arrived in Kandil late Tuesday to deliver a letter Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan has written to KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) executives.

The letter by Öcalan is about the second stage of the democratic solution process. BDP will receive KCK's response and deliver the letter to Öcalan in the coming days.
