Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) co-chairs Selahattin Demirtaþ and Gültan Kýþanak’s appeal to International Criminal Court for the investigation on Roboski massacre has been put into process.
In a letter to co-chair Gültan Kýþanak, the Court notified that the presented documents and letters have been received for consideration.
“The Office of the Prosecutor of International Criminal Court has received the BDP appeal for consideration within the framework of Status in Roman legal system. The verdict of the court will be conveyed to the BDP side with the justified decision” noted the Court in the letter.
BDP had also appealed to the United Nations High Commissioner’s Office on Human Rights for the investigation of Roboski massacre.
