The Children of Fire Initiative reported that they burned two factories, two facilities, one logistics firm and ten workplaces in several cities of Turkey.
In a written statement, the initiative warned that "Every member of the ruling AKP-MHP alliance, which bombs Kurdistan mountains and destroys Kurdish cities, is responsible and will be held accountable.”
The initiative announced that they set fire to several workplaces in seven cities adding that they will continue to target Turkey’s tourism and economy.
According to the statement, the Initiative set fire to the following targets:
Nine workplaces belonging to AKP and MHP members, located in the Kilimli central market in Zonguldak, on May 20,
One Fuel Production Facility in Sultandağı district of Afyonkarahisar,
One vehicle belonging to a fascist MHP member in Osmaniye,
One olive oil factory and a workplace belonging to AKP member Ayhan Sargın in the Iznik district of Bursa on May 19,
DAB logistics company belonging to AKP members in Tuzla, Istanbul,
One spinning factory belonging to MHP members in Honaz district of Denizli,
One recycling facility belonging to anti-Kurdish persons in Bursa Osmangazi,
And one vehicle belonging to pro-AKP person named Fatih A. in Karabük.
