The Children of Fire Initiative issued a statement to claim responsibility for a number of actions and said it will continue to carry out actions until the Turkish invasion is expelled from Kurdistan. The Initiative also warned those who make money on the blood of the Kurds and support war.

The statement claimed responsibility for a fire at the Bambi Furniture factory in Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli on 28 April as well as for the following actions:

“28 April 2022: action in Bursa Osmangazi district.

26 April 2022: action against a car belonging to a fascist person in Istanbul Kağıthane.

22 April 2022: action against a car belonging to an AKP member in Bursa.

26 April 2022: action against a car belonging to an MHP member in the Alatarla locality of Taşköprü district of Kastamonu.

27 April 2022: A car was set on fire belonging to an AKP member in Bursa Osmangazi district.”
