Death toll rises to 50 in Las Vegas shooting

The death toll of the shooting in Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas rose to 50, according to the district police.

Las Vegas police said at least 50 people were killed in after an attacker shot on a crowd in an open-air music festival. More than 200 were also wounded in the attack.

This death toll makes the shooting the most deadly of its kind in US history.

Meanwhile the attacker was identified as 64-year-old Stephen Paddock from Nevada. 

Police sheriff Joseph Lombardo said numerous weapons were found in Paddocks room.
