Peace and Democracy Party leader Selahattin Demirtas said Turkish Prime Minister threats won't stop change for Kurdish people.
Speaking in Diyarbakir Demirtas criticized Erdogan remarks targeting Kurdish movement during annual budget sessions in Turkish parliament.
"We are in favor of brotherhood of two nations but the Prime Minister is in favor of separatism" he said.
Demirtas said Erdogan remarks are "racist" and he harshly criticized his defense of "One nation and one language".
"We want to remind you something. They who hanged Sheikh Said in 1925, they who bombarded Dersim in 1938, they who tortured Kurds after 12 September coup, they who tied hands of our mayors said the same thing: "One nation, one language", Demirtas added.
AKP is following their steps and is no different then them
Demirtas said that the Kurdish movement believes in democracy, brotherhood and peace and they are working for these main prospects.
"We are trying to develop projects and proposals to protect Turkey unity", Demirtas said.
