Demo against Turkey in the Hague and Hildesheim

Protests against the Turkish state’s war against the Kurdish people continue all around the world.

Demonstration were staged in the Hague, Netherlands and Hildesheim, German in protest at the Turkish state’s genocidal attacks and occupation in three parts of Kurdistan.

THE HAGUE

The Democratic Kurdish Community Centre (DTKM) organised a demonstration in the city of the Hague in the Netherlands to protest against the Turkish state’s repression against the HDP and occupation attacks in Kurdistan and North-East Syria.

During the demonstration in front of the Dutch Parliament, activists denounced the crimes perpetrated by the Turkish state against the Kurdish people.

HILDESHEIM

A demonstration was held in the German city of Hildesheim to protest the Turkish state’s occupation attacks in Kurdistan, provocation in Zini Werte region of South Kurdistan, violence against women, attacks against the HDP and political genocide operations against the Kurdish population and their elected representatives.

The demonstration at the Angouleme Square was promoted by Berçem Cilo Women’s Council, Meryem Women’s Commune and Democratic Kurdish Community Centre. The group unfurled a banner reading “Stop the aggressive war planned by Turkey and its militias”.

Displaying banners of TEV-DEM, HDP and TJK-E, demonstrators denounced the Turkish regime’s all-out war against the Kurdish people, chanting “Woman, life, freedom” and “Long live HDP”.
