A group of demonstrators organized on social media staged a civil disobedience demonstration at Cologne Bonn Airport in Germany to protest against the Turkish state’s invasion attacks against Afrin Canton of Northern Syria.

Demonstrators unfurled flags of the YPG/YPJ (People’s/Women’s Defense Units) and PYD (Democratic Union Party) and chanted “Everywhere Afrin, everywhere resistance”.

The protesters were then surrounded by the police as their action continued.
