The political genocide practices carried out by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) continued this morning with the arrests of dozens of people.

Arrest warrants were issued for 101 people, most of them lawyers. Raids were carried out at many addresses in Amed, Şırnak and Adıyaman.
 
Dozens of people, including 19 lawyers, have been taken into custody already.

The names of those taken into custody learned so far are as follows:

Lawyers Association for Freedom (ÖHD) co-chair lawyer Bünyamin Şeker, Abdulkadir Güleç, Eshat Aktaç, Serdar Talay, İmran Gökdere, Diyar Çetedir, Serdar Özer, Feride Laçin, Gevriye Atlı, Resul Tamur, Cemile Turhallı Balsak, Ahmet Kalpak, Devrim Barış Baran, Neşet Girasun, Sedat Aydın, Şivan Cemil Özen , İHD Adıyaman Branch President lawyer Bülent Temel, Mahsum Batı and Diyar Dilek Özer, the director of the Federation of MED Prisoners' Families Solidarity Associations Federation (TUHAD-FED),  federation member Leyla Ayaz, former TTB Central Council Member Şehmus Gökalp, DİVES member Süleyman Okur, Bağlar Municipality Council member Panayır Çelik Yılmaz Kan, former co-chair of GÖÇ-DER Amed Branch, which was closed by a decree, İlhami Yürek, former HDP Amed provincial executive İlhami Yürek, dismissed SES member Ümit Çetiner, HABER-SEN member Mehmet Kaçar, urban planner Haknaz Sadak and Jinnews editor Roza Metina.
