During an explosion of a military object found by sheepherders in a location between Aynalý and Kalecik villages of Cermik/Diyarbakýr, a child lost his life and two children got seriously injured.

A military object exploded in the face of Umut Petekkaya (16), Davut Petekkaya (15) and Ýbrahim Aytekin (15) who found the substance at the rural area of Petekkaya Village of Çermik/Diyarbakýr while grassing their sheep herd. While Umut Petekkaya lost his life at the scene, critically injured Davut Petekkaya and Ýbrahim Aytekin were taken to Dicle University Medical Faculty Hospital.

According to information given by villagers, special operations teams had carried out an operation on the explosion area.
