According to the report by Yüksekova District Governor Üzeyir Aziz Özeren, the explosion occurred close to the Yeþiltaþ village on the way of Daðlýca where Turkish soldiers have been carrying out an uninterrupted operation for the last five days.

While the name of the specialist sergeant hasn’t been explained yet, the operation in the area is reported to continue.
