Fierce clashes have erupted between YPG (People's Protection Units) forces and ISIS gangs in the eastern part of Kobanê.

Clashes broke out after the gangs launched an attack from eastern Kobanê last night. A number of ISIS members were killed in clashes that are still continuing.

On the other hand, clashes on the southern and western fronts of Kobanê are also reported to be continuing.
