Four children were detained in Mersin as the result of house raids carried out by police.

Mersin Security Directorate Anti Terror Branch police officers carried out raids on some houses at around 05.00 a.m. in Demirtaþ Neighborhood of Toroslar District. The houses were searched and 4 children S.S. (17), R.T. (17), Ö.S. (14) and S.Y. (16) were detained.

The children who were detained with the allegation making “pirate demonstration on behalf of an illegal organization” were taken to Provincial Security Directorate Child Branch.
