‘Freedom for Öcalan’ actions in Antwerp

Actions demanding freedom for Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan continue around the globe.

An action was organised in the Antwerp city of Belgium to protest the isolation imposed on Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan and to demand his freedom.

The action was staged as part of the KCK campaign ‘Stop occupation, fascism and isolation, time for freedom’. The activists hung banners reading “Freedom for Öcalan, status for Kurdistan” and “ISIS made in Turkey” on several streets across the city.
